The Civilian Human Resources Training Application System (CHRTAS) is an application management system that provides front-end on-line CES course registration for Army civilians. (https://www.atrrs.army.mil/channels/chrtas/)

Six (6) Steps to Apply

• Login to CHRTAS by selecting your category and sign in with your CAC, AKO user ID or SSN/EIN and DOB.
• Create/update your student profile (located under student functions). This must be done as a requirement for submitting your application in CHRTAS.
• Select the Apply for Training link and make sure you fill in the correct information.
• Select training location and course date.
• At this point you will be able to review your course dates, profile and apply for one more class for your CES course track.
• Submit your application for training. Once your application has been submitted it then requires approval by your supervisor and quota manager. Once you application has been approved you will receive electronic notice via email with additional instructions.
