AMSC Registrar Mission

We provide registrar services, ensuring the timeliness and security of student record processes and documentation and support AMSC’s academic mission by providing statistics, demographics, publication of class schedules and student transcripts. The Office of the Registrar operates with expert staff, utilizing the latest technology and processes to enable an intuitive, accurate and personalized customer service experience. Our service models what we want Army leaders to learn about leadership at AMSC.

AMSC Registrar Services

• Generate student notifications which provide students with logistical information such as; confirmation of attendance, process to withdraw, lodging, reporting date/location, travel and security information.
• Notify students and track attendance, send reminders to those who have not confirmed attendance, monitor CHRTAS/ATRRS for withdraws/elevations, and update AMSC Student Management Database.
• Generate rosters for AMSC Course Directors, staff and faculty to coordinate with lodging, travel, and medical facilities.
• Update ATRRS with the input of student attendance, no shows, and graduates of resident Phase II courses.
• Manage statistical data and demographics.
• Provide daily customer service for students, applicants, and supervisors.
• Participate as an active member of the CES Workgroup.
