Welcome to AMSC

Welcome to the Army Management Staff College, where we transform leaders through education and develop leaders who deliver results.

Our mission is to educate and prepare the Army Civilian Corps and military members for leadership and management responsibilities throughout the Army, act as analytical agent for the Army Civilian Education System curriculum, and conduct research and provide solutions to the Civilian Corps and Installation Management communities.

We hope you will embark upon a new learning adventure that will increase your awareness of how to lead in the ever-changing Army environment. You will find your experience with us to be both challenging and rewarding, and you will discover that lifelong learning is a goal that enhances your professional development. Our faculty and staff will help you complete the courses by providing an environment that is conducive to learning and is filled with challenges that you will face and achieve.
