If you need assistance with your CES dL Courses, please contact the AMSC helpdesk team using the ATHD system noted below:

  1. Go to www.us.army.mil and log in using your CAC or AKO username and password or if you are already logged into AKO go to https://athd.army.mil and skip steps 2 and 3.
  2. Click the "Self-Service" link, scroll down and select "My Training".
  3. Select the ATHD Logo.
  4. Click on the "Ask a Question/Submit a Comment " tab.
  5. Insert your subject.
  6. Enter your question/comment. Please be as detailed as possible.
  7. Select Army Management Staff College (AMSC) as the category and then select your course as the sub-category.
  8. Attach a screen shot, if needed.
  9. Click Continue. If the FAQs do not resolve the issue, select the "Finish Submitting Question" button.
