CHRTAS online training system:
The Civilian Human Resource Training Application System (CHRTAS) is now the online method for submitting your FY09 CESL applications.
Applying for training in CHRTAS is a two step process. The process begins with creating a Student Profile account in CHRTAS. Once your profile is complete, you may apply for the courses that have been scheduled.
