What are articulation agreements? Quite simply, articulation agreements are officially approved agreements between schools that denote how one school will recognize the work of students or graduates from another school. Articulation agreements ensure that the standards of both partner schools are upheld for students transferring their credits.
What do articulation agreements provide graduates? AMSC articulation agreements provide graduates the opportunity to enter a partner school and/or program knowing that the work they have completed in the CES program will count as credit to the extent agreed upon between AMSC and its partner schools.
With whom does AMSC have articulation agreements? The articulation agreements between AMSC and articulation partners are exclusively for graduates of the CES program. We currently have published agreements with Webster University, Central Michigan University, University of Phoenix, DeVry University, and American Public University. Credits are applied (with stipulations) as follows:
Webster Program: Civilian Education System Advanced Course
Transfer Credit Applied: Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership Program
Agreement Stipulation: Students must graduate from both the Intermediate and the Advanced Course to be eligible for the Civilian Education System Advanced Course program.
Advanced Course Graduates can transfer 9 credits from AMSC to a Master of Arts degree in Webster’s Management and Leadership Program (see the agreement stipulation above). Click here for course specific transfers.
