Overview

The Department of Educational Services’ (DES) primary mission is to determine the effectiveness of all programs offered by the College, monitor trends, and recommend areas needing modification. DES uses classroom observations, student surveys, internal evaluations, and other customer feedback to analyze processes and develop comprehensive reports to provide advice and counsel to academic and administrative departments. This data is used to ensure the quality of our processes, make improvements in program delivery, and enhance our teaching methodologies.
